I have recently been transferred to O2 from virgin, I’m finding I have very little or no signal at all when at home in LS27 I live at the top of a hill with an unrestricted view of 40 miles looking over Leeds, Harrogate, York. I am also getting friends telling me that they are trying to call me and they cannot get through.

regards

Geoff

@Geoff3262

There should be no change in signal as you have been on o2 for at least 6 months as part of the Virgin MVNO..

Living on top of a hill means bod all when it comes to signal as it depends on where the mast is your phone is connecting to.

Try resetting your network settings on the phone, or if you can pop into an o2 shop with Photo ID, and they can give you a new simcard..

Have a look at these guides:

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

Also please remove your phone number from your post on a public forum, as you are liable if you become victim of a scam or spam..
