LTE-M Network Down

Hi,

We have sims from two different MVNO's and our modems have been using the o2 LTE-M network for a while now.

A couple of weeks ago they all stopped working, indicating a problem with the o2 LTE-M network yet the status pages aren't reporting the problem.

Please can the status pages be updated with information about the outage?

As below, the modem registers as roaming with LTE-M, then moves to denied and back to searching.

at+cops=?

+COPS: (1,"O2 - UK","O2 - UK","23410",7),,(0,1,2,3,4),(0,1,2)

Thanks,

Dave.

Thanks, I'm aware this is a community forum however I would imagine there are some o2 staff lurking here.

I've had a reply from one of our MVNO's and they have now confirmed that last week o2 unintentionally partially shutdown roaming to their LTE-M network in the UK.

This remains unavailable, but I'm told o2 will resolve as soon as possible.

@DaveUK

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

If you are using the LTE-M network, you need to contact Business Support at the MVNO's that you are using. And get them to log with o2, as it could be an issue with the MVNO as well.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
