hi, I don't understand why I don't have internet and I can't use calls

Could be a number of reasons @Bb8 

Are you on pay as you go (PAYG) or pay monthly (PM)?

If PAYG, do you have an active bundle or credit on your phone?

If PM, are your bills up to date?

For both, it could be there is a problem with your sim card.

To add to the great advice given by @gmarkj, could I just add, if you have a sim problem, it's far simpler to go instore for a new one. Take ID and they will swap everything over for you.
