Incoming text not working after port

My number was ported from Virgin into o2 on tuesday (24th). I was informed by the support team to wait another 24 hours for messaging also to be completely ported but I still can’t receive any text messages. Any suggestions ? This is an iPhone. I have tried all the basic checks - number on phone, network reset etc

Thank you - unfortunately this doesn’t seem to work. I seem to be able to send messages - but not receiving any.

I went on a bit of a wild chase yesterday.. the phone advisor escalate to the back office team but their suggestion did not help. I was asked to pop into a store and change my sim - which hasnt helped as well.

 

Any recommendations or suggestions? I am worried about the impact of not receiving Banking related information

2 weeks since joining O2 and completion of port, unfortunately not a single text yet! I have done the obvious to raise an escalation with the network team but havent heard back in about 5-6 days. Is it just #patience or any recommendations. I am currently missing out on key messages from work.
