Imei block

Long story short I had an imei block put on my phone last Thursday. After resolving the issue of why the block was there I was told he block would be removed (this was Monday) it’s now Thursday and the block is still on my phone. 
I’ve phone cs everyday since and keep being told it takes 24 hours and to switch the phone off and back on again and it should work. 
it still says no service. Can anyone help or advise on what to do?
