You should be able to cancel it in My O2
If not it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

Pay monthly bolt ons will roll over any unused data for one month and cancel automatically.
If for some reason yours is recurring, you'll need to contact O2.
