I’ve suddenly started having no signal most of the time, never had signal issues before. Most often noticed at home and work, I haven’t changed locations so not like I’ve gone somewhere new to not have signal.followed all the steps online but no joys. So I need a new sim?

Bear in mind @lsemolous that if O2 trash your credit score, you might have difficulties getting another mobile 'phone contract with another network.
