Having left O2 and hence, having no services or products with the
company, I can still login to My O2 account but I cannot access my
previous bills. These are needed for tax/VAT purposes. Has anybody get
any ideas how I can access my past many years ...
My phone showed no network and thought 02 had disconnected me so I
cancelled my DD. I think that now I might have had an issue with the
phone. It seems to be a misunderstanding and would like to get
reconnected immediately.
I've never used more than 10GB of data on my phone, I have a limit of
20GB on my tariff. I'm not using an Iphone which I know has had issues
with this sort of thing. I got an 80% warning text which I thought was
odd since I never used more than 10GB ...
