I got the SIM to change from another provider to O2 today.
I have already submitted the request form on keep my number page with PAC code, phone number, SIM number and etc. But the problem is whenever I submitted, I have received this email “Port In/Migrate - Request”. “Validation Exception: Sorry, the information provided for our security checks is incorrect. Please check and resubmit your request.”
I don’t think I have put wrong information on the form because after I tried with different information, I have got another messages. So could you somebody help to solve this issue? Many thanks.

@Kim131 O2 doesn't port numbers on the weekend.
