I have just swapped my phone to an I phone 15 pro and now I have no mobile data. My normal network works fine sending sms messages and making calls, but I can’t use anything that requires mobile data such as internet access. How do I fix it?

Did you switch from Android to iPhone, @Kieran_-?
Did you advise O2 of the change? They need to change a couple of things on your account to get you up and running with full access to iPhone features. Contact O2 via Social Media at the link just below, or call on 202 and wait for them to get to you. Good luck!

Make sure you have mobile data turned on and access given to all apps to use it.
Then try resetting your network settings.
