Huawei P30 Pro call issue

Hi. I have been having some issues with my Huawei P30 Pro when making voice calls. The people can't hear me but I can hear them. I turn the handset off and on again but the issue carrys on. I have to result to video calls so I am now using a lot of data. Any advice would be appreciated

I would order a new sim card first of all. Also make sure any cover is not causing an obstuction

try cleaning the mic with a pin gently

Yes iv got the same thing I can't here my friends on other side and wen I called them they answered but no reply nothing can't here or spoken to them
