How to contact O2 about my blacklisted phone

Hello, my phone is blacklisted, and I want to request it to be unblocked now I have found it ages later. I went onto live chat to see how do I do this, was told to call a number which I cannot call as my phone is blacklisted. Was informed to go into o2 shop, but currently has covid, so that's not possible. Does anyone know email, or other ways to contact? Thanks
