I have data remaining, however once crossed over to Croatia my phone doesn’t work. It won’t connect to any available network. I’m currently using my husbands hot spot to contact you. Please help. I’ve turned phone on and off many times! Thanks.

This isnt customer services but a customer to customer community.
Turn off 5G and set the phone to 4G, as sometimes the phone will fail to connect if 5G is unavailable to you
Go into the phone and manually select the network, the phone been rebooted wont make any difference
