PLEASE can someone urgently help me, I have been with O2 for years and a few months ago got a text from them saying I had “excessive use of minutes” on my account. I contacted customer services who told me that it’s an error and to ignore it and then upgraded my account.
last week I got a text to say I was barred - I contacted O2 and they said that it was an error and had requested the bars be removed (I have three lines on my account).
fast forward a week and still nothing, I have spent HOURS on calls, messaging and in store and no one can help as they say they cannot remove and have escalated it and it’ll take 24-48 hours.
I raised a formal complaint and provided my work phone number to them and nothing. They emailed me today to say they tried contacting me and will close the complaint as they couldn’t get through. I again emailed back and gave them my work number and nothing.
I am at my wits end with this, it’s my line and both my parents’ line who are elderly and vulnerable and I cannot check in on them. To make matters worse we have a leaking roof and need a builder asap but we can’t contact anyone.
Can ANYONE please help me?! @Dave-O2

To add; I have contacted CS via their chat function, on the phone using my work phone, via twitter, Facebook and instagram.
