Streaming services on 4G

Anyone any ideas?

My iphone 13 wont use any streaming services ie: youtube etc on my 4G.  Its like I have no data but I have 20GB unused.  

I did an online chat and they sent me a new sim card but nothing has changed. 

Just called O2 and they're having technical difficulties and cant help me. 

Please throw me some suggestions of what I can try.  I am beginning to think the device is the problem.

Check the phone allows streaming on mobile data, as some apps dont allow it, unless you specifically allow it. 

It  might be worth reaching out to Apple as well

Settings >Mobile data \and scroll down to your apps.

Move the switch to on for the apps you want to use 4g.

The other possibility is that 4g is oversubscribed in your area, so try it on 3g too.
