Can anyone clarify how on earth you get your PAC code please? I have tried the text message service and this does not work if you have two numbers on your account. I have tried the website link on MY O2 and when you click continue this does not actually continue? Trying to make contact over the phone is impossible and the chat thing on the app is absolutely useless because no one replies. What the hell do you do if the provider is not cooperating?
