How do I talk to somebody about my device repairs

My device is still under warranty and not working how do I contact someone to discuss repairs.

It might be better and quicker to speak direct to your handsets manufacturer via their support channels. 

 

If not then call o2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
