Will somebody point me the right direction please. I have just upgraded to a new device and I wanted the Samsung galaxy s24 ultra but I've been delivered a Samsung galaxy s24 instead
It is entirely my fault because I didn't see it at the time I paid £40 upfront payment also
I've spoken to 02 live chat but I'm told I have to return the handset and they will refund me and then I have to re apply for another upgrade which is going to be another credit check is there anything I can do to make this more convenient and timely and without the stress of doing another upgrade and no idea I wil pass another credit check?
Am I able to go to a store and exchange it?

No you have to return the phone back to the source you bought it from ie. O2 not the store

Nope, sorry you will have to do as o2 have told you and return it, and then once that has been processed then do the upgrade again, there is no way round this.
A store cant do anything to help, and there is a £400 difference in prices so you need to be credit checked again anyway
