Hi, my bill has gone up a lot over the past month which is very unusual.
I've noticed a couple of telephone numbers that seem to be responsible for this increased cost.
I don't recognise the numbers and I can't find them from the contacts on my phone so can you stop them with immediate effect. I will give the numbers 2 you to investigate once I receive a reply to this message.
Kind regards.
John
