How do I get 02 to block some numbers that came up on my recent bill?

Hi, my bill has gone up a lot over the past month which is very unusual.

I've noticed a couple of telephone numbers that seem to be responsible for this increased cost.

I don't recognise the numbers and I can't find them from the contacts on my phone so can you stop them with immediate effect. I will give the numbers 2 you to investigate once I receive a reply to this message.

Kind regards.

We are all customers here. You will need to contact O2.

Be aware that if they are standard numbers O2 cannot block them.

You can block individual incoming calls on your handset

You will need to contact O2.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook ( , X Twitter ( or Instagram (

Or phone them on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract)

4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
