0843 spam calls

Despite me blocking spam calls from 0843 numbers, I still get at least 4 a week.

Every time  I get a call from an 0843 number I make sure I  block it,  but they still keep coming through.

I don't want to block any unknown number as I still need that function for my job, but there must be a way for a network such as 02 to be able to assist their customers with stopping these these nuisance phone calls.

There are moves afoot to stop calls from abroad with spoofed UK number but that is not 100% and may not be the case here.

There is nothing O2 can do and this is an industry wide problem that needs a combined solution from all telecommunications providers

@JJ1980 Spam calls aren't specific to O2 or, in fact, to the UK. The problem exists worldwide and there is no solution as yet.
