How can i convert my account to joint

Hello good people

 

I have two O2 numbers under my account, one number is used by my wife, is it possible to create a joint account?

No sorry. That's not possible.

Log into your My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and you will see the option MORE. Click on that and you will see PERSONAL DETAILS

Enter the security code sent to your phone on the next page then select "My O2 products and services"

Bring in other products is on the right of the next page.

You can combine both into one MyO2 but they will still be billed separately.

@MI5 @Cleoriff I dont think that's possible as my wife does not have an account, both numbers are in my account. I will contact O2.
