Placed order on 4/11 to convert to e-sim, was told QR code will be posted, nothing a week later. Followed conversations to activate new sim via online account, but it sends a code to my phone number, which O2 de-activated on the day I placed the order, so I can't receive the code. I'm now travelling so can't get mail or access my number! HELP!
