I’ve noticed recently that my phone gets hit when I’m using it; taking photos, charging and during calls and messaging.

I also rely on my phone as a hearing device. Please can you suggest what to do / can be done to solve this for me please.

Could be a couple of reasons. Likely candidate is the battery.

It really needs checking out. What make is it?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Try closing any open apps and check it again.

Heat can be caused by the processor being over worked.
