Hi, I have completed a SIM swap today.
I can receive incoming calls, I have data but cannot make calls. I do not get a ring or dial tone. The call just drops out. Any ideas?

Try turning the phone off and on a few times @Dans.
It usually happens quite quickly but does say it can take up to 24 hours to finish.
If you are still having problems tomorrow then you might need to get in touch with o2 customer service as they will need to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
