I really need to speak to someone regarding my payment I have tried to contact you on 202 but the only option is to pay my bill I cant actually talk to a person !? Please help as I have mow been cut off

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
