I'm in arrears as I'm struggling at the moment I've just lost my job recently and unable for afford alot however I am very back in employment and don't get a payment until next month on the 21st of July. My services and sim has been cut off and I have a letter from o2 with the agreement reference of o2-049641744-001
I have no clue what to so as I cannot phone anyone my sim has been cut off and so have all my services..

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202. You need to borrow a phone or use Skype to call the free number
Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
