I am switching from Giffgaff to O2 and have inserted the new O2 sim card. I need help but O2 couldn't offer any suggestions on the chatline.
I have updated the APN settings.
I have filled in the online form to transfer old number via a PAC code.
What next?
Also how do I get notifications of replies? I can't see any settings.

Is the phone working at all?
Depending when you gave O2 the PAC will depend on when the number transfers. Remember Weekends and Bank Holidays are not included as working days

Gave the PAC day before yesterday. Phone works on wifi.
