I keep losing WiFi signal while in my own home yet none of my other devices do.

Merry Christmas, @Robm1955.
You don't say what type of handset you have, see here for this issue and Samsung S20, down to an issue with phone software version - make sure your phone is up to date with manufacturer updates: https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly/Samsung-galaxy-S20-Wifi-signal/m-p/1459210/highlight/true#...
If you have a weak cellular signal, your phone may have WiFi assist enabled, which is causing it to flip between your home WiFi signal and a weak O2 data signal - again, this depends on your phone make and model: https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-As-You-Go/Keep-losing-2-a-day-for-network-when-I-use-wifi/m-p/1585...
Failing that, if it is your own home WiFi signal that your phone is losing connectivity to, check this out:

Good luck!

You may need to do a factory reset if none of the above tips help

No. I re-booted router, and phone, still no joy. Factory reset is a bit drastic. I've since found out, a friend has the same phone, and is having the same problem. It's a Samsung Galaxy A13.
