I want to move to a rolling plan, but it won't let me. I can't get on wifi calling, so I can't make a call because I can't get credit, the virtual assistant did not understand me. Can someone help!

WiFi calling doesn't work on PAYG, you need a monthly contract for that.

@Cryingandstress If you want to move to a monthly sim only contract to enable you to get WiFi calling, download Skype for free Guide: A Guide to Skype and call customer service on 0800 032 1402 or
0800 081 0255 for free.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
