Faulty Chromebook

Hi all, I got a free chromebook with my s21 fe last year. I kept it for my daughters Birthday in December. 2 months in and it's not charging. Led does not come on when plugged in. Other devices charge with this charger, so fault must be Chromebook. Who is responsible for warranty?

Samsung are responsible for the warranty of the Chromebook, as the promotion was run by them, and they can advise..
