Esim swap activation time?

Hey, does anyone know what the current wait time is for an Esim swap activation? I started the swap process about 48 hours ago and still have no network on my new phone. I’m currently carrying both phones around in case the new one springs into life. 

So far I have: completed the swap process, waited 24hours, reset both phones periodically, and spoke to cc via chat. It’s now 48 hours on and the wait continues…

It should be done by now so you need to contact O2 via social media or Skype.

Cool, just gave them a ring. It’s a technical issue that needed to be escalated - should have a response in 5 working days. Ugh, not great.

Oh dear me @Monkatron. Another technical issue! We've had a lot of problems with people porting in from other networks just recently so now there's something else. Ridiculous really.

Thanks for your help and advice @Cleoriff & @O2Sarah-, it looks like my stuck esim swap was resolved by O2 IT and I now have service again!
