Esim swap activation time?

Hey, does anyone know what the current wait time is for an Esim swap activation? I started the swap process about 48 hours ago and still have no network on my new phone. I’m currently carrying both phones around in case the new one springs into life.

So far I have: completed the swap process, waited 24hours, reset both phones periodically, and spoke to cc via chat. It’s now 48 hours on and the wait continues…

Hello! I am having a similar issue - have done QR 3 times now (iPhone upgrade to iPhone 14 // o2 to o2); getting the “eSIM not activated, contact o2”…Have spoken to o2 - no luck/ suggestions. Just said to “wait” 🥲 Any help appreciated. Thank you!
