Upgrading through a 3rd party

Hi, ive recently upgraded from an S23 to an S25 (both on 02) via Mobile Phomes Direct and have a few questions:

Can i put my current sim in my new phone and still keep the same number, or do i need to sim swap?

My contract ends on the 22nd do i need to cancel the previous one of £34 or will it automatically upgrade to the newest contract of £32. Worried i'd have to pay two contracts at the same time.

This will depend on whether it was an actual upgrade (where you keep the same number) or a new contract (where you are given a new number)

If the latter the best action would to get a PAC for your present number and move it to a PAYG SIM on another network. Later you can get another PAC and move the number back to O2

No you need to migrate the number to your new account which will close the original qaccount

As it stands you will have two accounts
