My contract used to be through my husbands account with virgin it was a deal we got a cheaper 02 sim, when it was due up I opened my own account, I got a new SIM card and transferred by number which is ***********, since then when I message a few people on text and it sends it converts to the phone number of the sim and when they try to phone the number it doesn’t exist I also can’t WhatsApp them. It’s happened to 4 people I message regularly who have asked when I changed my number over or who is this, but when they phone the SIM card number not the number above it doesn’t exist please help.
