Hi,

I’m currently in Germany and my data is not working even though it’s included in my contract. I’ve turned mobile data roaming on and changed the apn but it’s still doesn’t work. There is an E symbol on the top left of my screen when I turn the data on. I’m not sure how to fix this. Please help,

thank you

Some things to try.
1 - Manually search for a different network.
2 - Reboot your phone
3 - Call customer service to check for any roaming bars.
4 - If using an iPhone, change data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"

Hi, @Data-roaming. Did you manage to get this resolved in the end, please? Possibly from one of the options posted above? Thanks.
