Resolved! mast

have checked on the tracker for signal loss we have had a mast down in our are for a few weeks now and the signal is very poor! dropping calls through loss of signal etc i feel im paying for a service that isnt happening at the moment what can i do?

Hi, Is there a way I can leave a customised voicemail greeting, but not allow them to leave a message? I.e "thank you for calling please hang up and redial this number", and that's it, no other options for the caller?Thank you!

Resolved! Unable to make calls to specific number

Although I am able to make calls as normal I am unable to connect to a specific 0800 number that I frequently use. Others on o2 are able to call the number so I'm not sure why its just me who can't. Can you help?
