Doubtful.

I have a dual sim phone which picks up both sims when abroad.

Do you have roaming enabled on both sim settings?

You need to call O2 to remove the roaming bar.

Thanks, I have checked with them and they say there is no bar.  I did have the sim in the 2nd sim space, but I have moved it into the first.  Do you think that could have been the problem?

Thanks.  I have now enabled mobile data to sim1 and am hopeful that will be the solution.  I will find out soon.  Cheers
