Data Allowance issues

Hi!

I have raised this issue before but I am wits end here! Since start of billing cycle in December my data allowance has not been decreasing on the my O2 app and online even though on my bills It was showing data was used. I have called customer services and actually been chatting to @O2Emma regarding this. I have now changed my tariff to a lower plan but it is still showing my previous allowance from my old tariff. Called CS and they said that I was getting double data without a bolt-on. No one is any help when I call and try to explain. Please help!!
