Dear O2,

I am writing to inform you that I have not received my package. I was expecting it after 4 PM today, so I returned home from university and checked my door, but there was no package. I also checked with my neighbors, but no one has it.

Could you please provide an update on the status of my delivery?

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you
