How do i contact someone without going through the useless virtual assistant. I am in Panama, my phone is broke and i need to urgently speak with someone but can only do so through my laptop. The virtual assistant can't understand "phone broke" and gives me a QR code to scan on my phone that is broke.

 

It used to be so much easier than the current way they are doing the online help.

@MartynH If you only have a laptop to use and need to speak to O2 you can download Skype Guide: A Guide to Skype and call for free on +44800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am UK time.
