Hi, it’s been about 3 weeks now of my calls keep dropping out. It’s every time I’m on the phone and it’s becoming impossible to call anyone and stay on the line. It’s costing me £60+ for my phone and I can’t use it. Can somebody please tell me if there is an issue in the area and if it will be resolved soon. CV36 postcode

There is a link to the O2 Mast Status tool in there as well, to confirm if your post code is affected by a mast issue or work in progress.

It is not your phone, it is the network. I've been having this problem since May along with many other people and it seems to be affecting more people all the time, all on the O2 network. Unfortunately O2 don't seem to be doing anything about it
