I have about had as much as I can take with my phone/service, I have never had a problem in years but since getting my Samsung S20 ultra 5g, I permanently lose signal or have none, and regularly can't access the mobile data I pay for as part of my contract because I have no signal Instead I get the old fashioned two-way arrows with the H above it and if that's not bad enough when I do have signal I try to make a call and get told I am not registered on a network. Is it my phone or is it O2? Does anyone else get this?

It could be the phone, it could also be your sim card.

A few things to try,

1. Try your sim card in a different phone and see if the problem continues, if it does then request a new sim card (best option nip to an o2 store and do the sim swap there and then) - if it doesnt its the phone.

2. If its the phone, it may still be in warranty, and your best bet is to contact Samsung direct
