I have had to reset my daughter's watch and re-pair it, but now I just get error code 14 when I try to set up the mobile data again. How do I sort this please?

Resolved! Problems logging in

02 has two accounts associated with my phone number. I think this gives me problems logging in. I can usually work round this. However I’m currently trying to attach Apple Watch to my phone and can’t log in to 02 from the Apple Watch app.
