Resolved! 5G and calling

Whenever I make any call, the network runs away. Voice starts breaking out. Even tho I could never use 5G data, and If I make call to anyone it shows 3G.

When my sim has finished porting, do I have to do anything

I've kept my phone number from my previous supplier, and if I go on o2 app my previous number is showing, but my daughter tried ringing me and had to use the temporary number Do I have to do anything when a number has been ported Thanks
