Hello

How can i log a complaint? 

I have poor network signal all the time, unlike what your maps say, that the network service is good indoors and outdoors where i live. It is not.

Since moving from 3 the o2 i have this same issue. The network coverage is ver poor and needs improving or they will lose customers fast.

So why did you leave Three ?

 

And did you get an O2 PAYG SIM and test the network in the geographical areas that you frequent ?

 

If you decide to leave O2 and do not fancy returning to Three, testing PAYG SIMs from EE and Vodaphone might save you ongoing problems.
