Anyone know why I’ve been charged for sending 2 picture messages that I definitely have not sent? Didn’t even include an emoji. Text was also only a few words.

Hi @Annoyed12
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

If you replied to an mms it will send as an mms, even if it's just one word.
Or, if you have an iPhone and put a subject line in the message.
