I have been going around in circles for weeks trying to contact Support.  I have even resorted to Snail Mail and have sent this message below to you via Royal Mail which included my Email and Phone number and still no response from you.  Doesn't say much for a Communications organisation.

Just hoping that this message gets through.  This is the first time I have found this means of contacting you.

I have a problem with my phone in that it keeps sending itself a voice message which I cannot answer as it would need to phone itself.

I had a notice come up on screen saying YOU NEED TO ENTER YOUR PHONE NUMBER.

Which I did, not realising it was for voice mail.

I have been to a repair shop and they say I need to contact you.  I believe I am being charged for these PHANTOM CALLS.

I have never sent a voice mail.

So how can I stop it or can you stop it?

Your web page has been sending me round in circles for an hour, trying to find How to Contact you.

And I have to resort to Royal Mail.  You also sent a code number twice to my phone but there was nowhere to enter it on your page.

I wrote this message last night and today you have sent 2 more code numbers.

I am now signed in to O2 and my name in Community is PeterThePoet.

So please stop sending code numbers to my phone.

[ Even signing in to O2 just now, 12/12/23 you sent my mobile phone a Code number but there is nowhere to enter the Code number ]
