Hi. I am trying to text a new iPhone number from my Samsung S21 ultra.  My friend has a new phone and a new number.  Previously I could text them fine.  I can text others and receive texts from them but when I text the new iPhone it immediately returns as failed.  My friend has checked I am not blocked etc.  Any help gratefully received. Thanks

Almost certain that your friends Iphone is not set up properly, especially if they have ported in their number.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Have you still got their number saved as an iPhone number?
