Hi

I have upgraded my phone same number..... My new phone isnt arriving till Tues but it appears my old phones sim has been stopped already

Is there anyway of getting it going again

That's what O2 do now if you request a new sim.

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or use Sktpe to call Guide: A Guide to Skype
