Hi all,im still having issues with code 14 error on my Apple Watch 8 after it randomly losing its connection around a week ago. i have attempted a reset, aswell as contacting O2 customer services numerous times. Even the staff in store couldn’t help....

Resolved! 'Show Balance' message

Can anyone tell me what might cause a message like this to come up on my phone, when I haven't requested a a balance? It isn't the usual message I get after I've made a chargeable call/text. It's a Pay & Go account.

Resolved! cancelling my 02 contract
